Shipping & Returns

 

We currently only ship within the United States. 

All orders are dyed to order and will be shipped out within 5-10 business days.

Once the package has been turned over to the postal system, we are not responsible for delays. 

The yarn is shipped in skein form, as this allows the fibers to stay relaxed and saves a bit of shipping cost. You will need to cake them prior to use. 

Hand dyed yarn is just that! Dyed by hand! This means no two skeins are exactly the same (which is part of the fun, if you ask me) There will be variations in colors and blending from skein to skein, even when they are dyed in the same pan.  Colors on screens are not always the same as in person, please be aware that what you receive might be slightly different than what you see on your computer or phone screen. If you are not  completely satisfied, please contact me.
